Hello I’m Serena,
Having been a happy, confident and outgoing little girl, my teenage years were a real struggle as I battled with depression, low self-esteem, anxiety and body image issues. It was only in my early twenties, when I began yoga, meditation, talking therapy and following a plant-based diet, that I discovered the tools I needed to heal energetically, emotionally and physically.
What saved me from total burn-out? Giving myself the permission I needed to slow down.
Along my journey, I have developed a great awareness of self. I’ve also learned how to prioritise my wellbeing, and gathered resources that can soothe and support me in times of stress and anxiety. And now, I would love nothing more than to share them with you!
