Brownie Ice Cream with Hot Chocolate Sauce
1 can full fat coconut milk
Equal parts coconut oïl, raw cacao and maple syrup (quantity depends on how many you are making it for)
3 nakd Cocoa Delight bars, roughly chopped (or homemade chocolate brownies)
Blend bananas and coconut milk until completely smooth, add in half the nakd bars, then pulse the blender. Place the mixture and the remaning brownie bits into an ice cream maker.
When the ice cream is ready to serve, melt coconut oïl, maple syrup and raw cacao over a low heat until a smooth chocolate sauce is made. Pour over your ice cream and serve.
