I’m Serena - a birth and postnatal doula, reflexologist, hypnobirthing teacher and mama to two beautiful little boys. I live and work in South London, supporting families through pregnancy, birth and the tender early weeks of parenthood. 

I’m truly passionate about all things birth so it brings me great joy working new families as they navigate this powerful and transformative time.
