It fills me with so much joy and gratitude to be able to be part of people’s growth and healing because this is a journey I’ve been on myself…

I know what it feels like to be totally lost, dragged down by self-doubt with no visible light in sight. I battled with clinical depression and anxiety for over 10 years, most of which I struggled through alone, in silence and denial.

From the outside everything looked amazing - I was a master of deception - but inside I had given up hope. I finally sought help and received the support I needed after hitting rock bottom. At the time, admitting I needed help was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but with hindsight it was the simplest and best decision I ever made.

Whilst medication and therapy gave me the boost I needed to take control of the situation, as the depression cleared I was left with the harsh reality that I had zero self-worth, no sense of identity, non-existent boundaries and I didn’t massively like myself.

Unsure where to turn next, I took my happiness into my own hands and threw myself into the holistic world in an attempt to heal myself energetically, emotionally and physically. Along my journey, I developed a great awareness of self through yoga and meditation. I learned how to prioritise my wellbeing, and gathered resources to soothe and support myself.

I’ve now been sharing these learnings with others for over 5 years and have never felt more balanced, content, connected and sure of myself. It has become my mission to help prevent as many people as possible from feeling as lost, directionless and disconnected as I once did. To guide others towards a more mindful and intentional way of living, one where they value themselves, feel connected to their bodies, find community with like minded sisters and feel fulfilled every day. Most of all I strive to empower them to take their happiness into their own hands and to have the courage and self-belief to go after their dreams.
