I operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes within that time may be charged at my discretion.
Blocks of 4 sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase date. Unused sessions will not be refunded but can be gifted to a friend within the 3 month period.
If you arrive late I will still need to finish your treatment at the allotted time so as not to run late for my next client.

Booking

A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and teacher reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason whatsoever. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled the teacher will promptly refund all monies.


Participant Cancellation

The fee will be repaid promptly and in full if your baby arrives before the course begins or in the very unlikely event of the course being cancelled. If your baby arrives part-way through the course you’ll be refunded the cost of the remaining sessions, minus a £50 deposit to secure your place on the course.

Private Session Cancellation
The fee will be repaid promptly and in full if your baby arrives before your session(s). I operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes within that time may be charged at my discretion. 

Course Cancellation

The teacher reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to any price increase. 


Intellectual property

Any recording or written material included as part of this course is solely for the personal use use of the participant and their birth partner. By signing up, the participant agrees not to record the course or share the course material or zoom links.

Zoom Classes
By signing up you are committing to join the 4 sessions live and to keep your camera turned on throughout. This is an interactive course not a lecture and so the sessions will not be recorded. This ensures a safe space for intimate discussion and respect for the privacy of those involved. If you are unable to make a particular call please let me know and you may be able to join another group course or have a private session at a small additional cost.
